1. How to check Aadhaar Card Status Online

UIDAI made it easy for every Aadhaar cardholder to perform many Aadhar-related tasks online. You can now log in to the official UIDAI website and perform Aadhaar card checking, Aadhar card update, online Aadhar card status and much more. In order to check the status of your Aadhaar card online, you need to have the following information ready for you: -

  • Your registration ID with the date and time of registration
  • Your mobile number registered with Aadhaar

Once this information is ready for you, you can easily check the status of the Aadhar card online. If you have lost your registration id, you can get it in the following steps: -

  • Log in to the official UIDAI website
  • Click on the option “Recover Lost UID / EID”.
  • On the next page, enter your details in the specified topic. fields. This information should be the same as that provided when you signed up for Aadhaar.
  • Now, type security copying and click Send OTP.
  • You will find OTP on your phone.
  • Enter OTP in the space on the right side of the screen.
  • Now, click the "Verify OTP" button.
  • You will now receive your own Registration ID at your registered email / mobile number.

If you have applied for a new Aadhaar card or applied for an update of your Aadhar data, you can now check the status of the Aadhar card online. UIDAI has given you this option to query your Aadhaar card status through the UIDAI website. Checking the Aadhaar card will help you track the status of your app and if any action is required on your side. You can easily see the stage where the Aadhar card process is under and how long it can take to get an Aadhaar card. Since the whole process of registering Aadhar to the final Aadhar card reaches you can take up to 90 days, keeping an online status check is a useful option. This saves you from having to go back to the registration center to get the Aadhar card status. Here are the steps you need to follow to get the Aadhar card status.

3. Aadhaar Card Check for a new Aadhaar card

Your registration ID is made up of 28 digits which includes a 14-character subscription number and 14-digit date and time of registration. Having your registration id is important so that you can check the status of your Aadhar card online.

  • Log in to the official UIDAI website
  • To the left of your screen, you will be able to see a column entitled "Aadhaar Enrolment", under which there will be an option "View Aadhaar Status". Click this option.
  • On the next screen, enter your registration details and captcha. Now click on "Check Status".
  • You will now be able to see your Aadhaar status on the screen.
  • Once your Aadhaar card is generated, you will be able to see the Aadar number on the screen and you will be able to access links to download your Aadhar or get Aadhaar information on your mobile phone.
  • If your Aadhar card is not generated, you will be able to see the current status of your application.
  • If your request for -Aadhaar rejected, you will be able to see the reason for the rejection on the screen. This will require you to revisit the registration center and re-apply for the Aadhar card.

4. Aadhaar Card Online Update

If you want to update any demographic information on your Aadhaar card, you need to follow the steps outlined below: -

  • Log in to the official UIDAI website
  • Click the link “Update Aadhaar Information Online.”
  • On the next page enter your Aadhaar number and security code . then click “Send OTP”.
  • You will find OTP on your phone. Install it on the screen and click "Submit."
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to update the required information.
  • When you click the Submit button, you will be able to see the URN.
  • On next select the BPO you want to select.

5. Aadhaar Card Update Status Check Online

Once you have applied for an Aadhaar card review online, you can make an Aadhaar card check online using the following steps: -

  • Login to the official UIDAI website at https://uidai.gov.in
  • Click the link" Check Status - Updates are done online ".
  • This will take you to check the status page.
  • Now, on the next screen, enter your Aadhar Number, URN and SRN in the selected fields.
  • Enter the security code and click "Get Status".
  • You will now be able to see the status of your Aadhaar review application once it has been approved or rejected. If accepted, you can download e-Aadhar online. If rejected, you need to restart the online review process.
